CDI ARCHITECTS – ADDING VALUE

CDI Architects is a small, boutique architecture practice in South Brisbane that is gaining recognition for designing new houses, multi-residential units, townhouses and apartments.  Current small commercial projects include Aspley Offices and multi purpose courts and gymnasium redevelopment at the Strikers football ground at Perry Park.

Architect Charles Howroyd, an Honours Graduate from University of WA, started the business 12 years ago. Now with a staff of seven, he is committed to using his experience to "add value" to his clients’ projects.

Charles says:

“Our continued success and growth is based on the way we treat our customers, work with them on design, as well as our technical strengths in using BIM technology to design and document projects."

In February 2011 CDI Architects quality assurance certification was achieved.
