This affordable housing project is a mix of townhouses and two low-rise apartment buildings. The units and townhouses are all designed to allow disabled visitability and include 12 residences designed for complete disabled adaptability. CDI Architects was engaged to update the existing development approval to increase the unit yield to 69 residences, adopting a more appropriate design for the specific requirements of Brisbane Housing Company.
